MY CAT HAS A SPECIAL DIET/NEEDS MEDICATION. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?

If your cat has a special diet or medication then we are more than happy to give this to them. Please make sure you add this into your booking comments or tell us this on arrival and bring the required food and medication with them on arrival.

WHAT DO YOU SUPPLY FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDING?

We supply litter, food (felix/whiskers), biscuit, beds, toys, scratching posts, treats and most of all cuddles!

HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY CAT DURING THEIR STAY?

You can either make contact by emailing us, personally texting the owner, by Facebook or you can view your cat on webcam 24/7 (additional charge).

DOES MY CAT NEED TO BE VACCINATED?

Yes, all cats must be fully vaccinated and have up to date flee and worm treatments. Vaccination cards must be shown on arrival. 

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY?

You can either pay on arrival or collection of your cat. We accept this by bank transfer or cash. We do not take card payments.

DO YOU COLLECT AND DELIVER CATS?

Yes, we do collect and deliver your cats if required. This can be done for a small fee. Please contact us for prices.

DO YOU TAKE LONG TERM BOOKINGS?

We can accommodate any length of bookings. Please contact us directly for any bookings over a month.

CAN I BRING MY CATS OWN ITEMS?

We would advise that you do as it can keep your cat relaxed if it is stressful for them, but we do also provide items.
